How do you see your life? For me, I see it like positive slide film used in analogue photography. It is indeed colorful, and shows you more color than you expect. I do not really care whether life is hard (well it is) or something, no matter what kind of life you are having I am sure that there are many colors that you could actually enjoys. Monochrome let you see the world in a more contrast way, more right and wrong and less ambiguous things. Redscale gives you perfect sense of harshness and elegy. While the cross processed one emphasizes more on what you see. However, I still want to see my life as the positive slide one. I do not want to stuck with all the reality, I still want to see many thing unseen. So, enjoy your life no matter how you do your life.
